BOOKING POLICY

☑️ Appointments are by booking only. ☑️ A 20$ non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. ☑️ Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. ☑️ The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

☑️ Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. ☑️ Avoid applying heavy skincare products before your appointment. ☑️ Inform us of any allergies or skin conditions. ☑️ Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time.

LATE POLICY

► A 10-minute grace period is allowed. ☑️ Arrivals later than 10 minutes may incur a late fee. ☑️ Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation. ► Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

☑️ Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations/rescheduling. ☑️ One complimentary reschedule is permitted with sufficient notice. ☑️ Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfiet the deposit..
